ASSISTID fellow, Dr John Owuor, recently presented his research project to the Daughters of Charity Community Residential Service (CRS) staff. His research addresses how social inclusion can be achieved for people with Intellectual Disability and what role can Assistive Technology play and ensuring better social inclusion.

Over the coming months, Dr Owuor will be interviewing people with ID, community groups and service providers to inform his research.
